What if I bought something that does't fit?
We are happy to exchange sizes in all clothing (excluding sales/discounted items) within 5 days upon receiving your goods. However we do not provide exchanges on shoes and accessories.
How long does it take for you to reply to my query?
We will try to respond to your query as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to you. This time may vary depending on weekends and public holidays.
Can I return an item for a refund?
Sorry we do not provide refund.

How do I know when you have received my return?
Returns are processed within 7 business days of being received. You will receive an email or Whatsapp message with your return information when complete.
I bought something full price and soon after my product was discounted, can you price match?
Unfortunately we do not offer price matching.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once a payment has been received and your order is completed. It is then subjected to the returns policy.
The item I wanted is no longer on the website, will it be restocked?
If there is a particular item you are after but is no longer available on the website, please email or Whatsapp us with your request and we shall advise on its availability.
What if my product or is faulty/defective?
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days receiving your parcel) and we will process the solution as soon possible.
