SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING FEES
All shipping costs are in Hong Kong dollars. Additional shipping charges apply for international deliveries. Orders will be processed within 4 -10 business days. For delivery, some exceptions apply.

Outstanding balances and other issues may result in delays to the aforementioned shipping times.

HONG KONG ORDERS :
SF Express : HKD30.00 - Estimated Delivery 5-9 business days  (CNY period additional 5-9 business days)

MACAU & TAIWAN ORDERS :

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Standard : HKD400.00 - Estimated Delivery 10-15 business days

The tracking number of your parcel will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. All parcel are shipped from our central warehouse in Hong Kong.

SHIPPING POLICY
ANG Boutique reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.

The purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. 

Once SF Express takes possession of the items, ANG Boutique waives any right of ownership in favour of the buyer.

Delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company and those related to signature attesting to the receipt of the goods. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the tracking and pick up of products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company will be your responsibility.

Arrival time is not guaranteed due to postage delays. There may be customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country which are the buyers responsibility. ANG Boutique are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost or stolen packages.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At ANG Boutique, customer satisfaction is always our top priority!

Our dedicated Quality Control and Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. However, you need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying.

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchases.

We do not provide refunds. We are pleased to offer size exchange for Spots Wear Items. However we do not accept returns on accessories, panties, lingerie & swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind
- Colour Differences
- Clothing do not meet expectations (ie. looks different on the model)

Your store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issued. Also, note that there is only one return per order.

For all orders, items must be returned back to us within 5 days of receiving it.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and with the tags still attached.

Please note:

We do not accept any return or exchange for DISCOUNTED ITEMS.

Only one-time exchange per order.

Return shipping (round-trip) to be covered by and paid for by the customer.

Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions. The item will then be sent back to the sender.

We only recommend and accept returning items through SF EXPRESS, as any returned items that are not received by ANG Boutique will not be issued an exchange or store credit. Customers should provide the SF tracking number at the time of posting returned items.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.

Any exchange requested that is out of stock will automatically be issued as a store credit.

ANG Boutique reserve the right for final decision.
