Refund & Return Policy

At ANG Boutique, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our Quality Control team inspects every item before it ships. Please choose your size carefully before ordering, as the terms below apply to all purchases. By completing an order with us, you accept this policy.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. For eligible items we provide a size exchange or store credit, subject to the conditions below. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of items that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied (see "Faulty or incorrect items" below).

What can be exchanged

We offer a one-time size exchange on eligible sportswear and apparel items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, panties, pads or accessories.

What we cannot accept

  • Change of mind
  • Colour differences between your screen and the product
  • Items that look different from the model or from your expectations
  • Discounted or sale items (final sale)

Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • Limit of one return and one exchange per order.
  • Round-trip return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Returns are accepted via SF Express only. Please keep and share your SF tracking number, as items not received by us cannot be exchanged or credited.

Store credit

Where your exchange size is out of stock, a store credit will be issued instead. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit and cover reasonable return shipping for verified cases.

How to start a return or exchange

Please contact us to confirm your exchange before shipping anything back. Our team will provide instructions and the return address. Returns are inspected on arrival, and we reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions (the item will be returned to you). ANG Boutique reserves the right to make the final decision.
